Cabinets Built using selected high-quality materials with state-of-the-art technology. They form the main element in designing and creating warehouses, workshops, offices, laboratories, etc. The load bearing structure of cabinets, shelving units, and their components are made with high-resistance, cold laminated sheet metal, painted with electrophoretic system. All cabinets are equipped with: • Side holes to join multiple elements together to create sales desks. • Vertical uprights to insert partial or total extraction drawers, allowing for rational storage of tools, accessories and spare parts, protecting their full value. • Centralised locking with cylindrical lock and two keys. • Opening device for the individual drawers. Available in various heights, widths and depths and with rational partitions to adapt them to any purpose. The top surface can be protected against scratches and wear by a countertop complete with rubber mat, which is also useful to prevent cylindrical elements from falling off and breaking. Safety: to prevent overturning, it is mandatory to fasten the structure to the floor or wall using the designated locking brackets and the corresponding expansion plugs. Cabinets may be transported, if equipped with the designated bases, on pallet trucks or forklifts, only after having locked all drawers closed. Warning: during handling operations, the front side must always face the operator. We suggest keeping one of the two keys supplied in a separate area as a spare. Drawers These are an essential element in guaranteeing order and saving space. Built in cold laminated sheet steel and painted with electrophoretic system, using state-of-the-art machinery for accurate work in every detail. Equipped with a handle covering the entire front length, where it is possible to insert a strip identifying the material inside. Drawer volume use is optimised by the wide range of materials available for inner partitioning. Drawers run on ball bearings that allow for easy and silent movement even under a full load. Available in various heights that vary by 25 mm, the size matching the pitch between holes in the uprights for attaching the guides. Safety: • Fill the drawers starting from the one that is lowest down and spread the weight evenly to ensure the indicated capacity. • Do not sit or climb on open drawers. • Avoid dropping tools or heavy items inside drawers in a rough manner. • As an optional accessory, it is possible to install the drawer locking system which prevents them from opening during handling operations. Unit: the internal slots in the drawer sides have a pitch of 17 mm, which represents 1 unit. Example: drawers in Series AS 55 cabinets have a usable size of 920x460 mm, which works out to 54x27 units (920:17 = 54 units in length and 460:17 = 27 units in depth) With this slot system, one obtains a wider range of inner partitioning solutions, and therefore more rational use of the entire volume of the drawer.
